Please try to ensure proper spelling and capitalization as well as the accuracy of the information. If you don't know the website addresses for manufacturer and model, don't worry about it. I'll try to track them down when I have time.

If something has multiple settings, bunk fans for example, please include the speed this entry is for. i.e. Bunk Fan (Lo-Speed).
